Are you moving or going out of town?  Be sure to fill out a Change of Address form and send it to us or drop it by any of our convenient Banking Centers.  It's easy to do, just follow the instructions below.

• Fill in all the information for the requested change
• Print a copy of the form
• Form MUST BE SIGNED and returned to the bank
• Upon receipt of your request, the bank will verify your signature and change the address according to the information you entered
