Our accounts have an annual fee of $35 and your discount rate will be based on the estimated transaction volume of your business. Our accounts do not have any hidden or per transaction fees that many other service providers charge.

Audio Response Unit (ARU): This method creates a sales draft at the time credit card authorizations are obtained. The merchant utilizes a touch tone telephone to key in merchant and cardholder information. No equipment is required, just a touch tone telephone. ETC, via the ARU has a daily automatic cut-off time of 6:00 p.m. CST. Items transacted before the cut-off time will be processed and deposited into the merchant's checking account within 24 hours. Items entered after the 6:00 p.m. will be included with the next day's transactions.

Point of Sale: These transactions are the most favorable to VISA & MasterCard because the card is actually "swiped" through the terminal and therefore, reduces fraudulent transactions and errors. The merchant utilizes a Point of Sale (POS) terminal. The cost of terminals range in price from $350.00 - $495.00. This is an easy and fast method to approve a credit card transaction. The merchant verifies the total of the batch (group of transactions) in the terminal and then transmits the information to the bank. These transactions are deposited into their checking account within 24 hours.
